I participated in developing Hong Kong's first award-bearing programme in Applied Theatre and Drama Education, convened the programme, and took up a key teaching position. This transnational programme, delivered by Hong Kong Art School in partnership with Griffith University between 2004 and 2014, would go on to have a significant influence on the emergence of Drama Education and Applied Theatre, helping to create a critical mass of well-educated practitioners, artists, teachers and social workers capable of taking these fields forward.  

我參與了開發香港首個具正式資歷的應用劇場與戲劇教育課程，擔任課程統籌，並為教學團隊的主要成員。這個跨國課程由香港藝術學院與澳洲格里菲斯大學合辦，在2004年至2014年間開設，對戲劇教育和應用劇場的發展產生了重要影響，培育出一批受過良好訓練的從業者、藝術家、教師和社工，裝備他們推動這些領域的發展。

For over a decade (2005-2021), I worked with Oxfam Hong Kong to develop an Interactive Education Centre in global citizenship education. I designed various drama programmes for the Centre, presented related publications and teaching materials, and provided training to NGO workers. The venture won a Gold Award in Arts Education from the Hong Kong Arts Development Council. Our successful Hong Kong experience was further extended to Oxfam’s offices in Taiwan and Macau.

我與香港樂施會合作超過十年（2005-2021），為它的「互動教育中心」設計以世界公民教育為軸心的戲劇活動，並編寫書目和教學材料，培訓志願組織工作者。這個教育中心曾獲香港藝術發展局頒發「香港藝術教育獎」金獎。我們更把成功協作經驗帶到樂施會在台灣和澳門的工作上。

From 2004 to 2023, I served as a Head Adjudicator for this festival. This is the largest co-curricular drama activity for Hong Kong schools, and I took part in steering the direction of this festival.

香港學校戲劇節是香港最大型的學校戲劇活動，我由2004年出任首席評判至2023年，參與制訂方向與目標。

This Research & Development initiative took place in 2001 to 2004 and was the first pilot project by the Hong Kong Government in introducing drama education to school teachers. I took part in teaching teachers on the use of drama within the school curriculum, evaluating the effectiveness of the training, and writing a Drama-in-Education guide for the Education Bureau of Hong Kong.

這個計劃乃香港政府首個先導計劃，在2001-2004年推行，向香港教師介紹戲劇教育。我在計劃中負責培訓學校教師在課程中運用戲劇作為教學方法，並評估培訓效果，以及編寫教育戲劇指引供學校使用。

This large-scale professional development programme from 2008 to 2010 was funded by SCOLAR, the Standing Committee of Language Education and Research, of the Hong Kong Government. The programme served over 50 primary schools, helping their teachers to incorporate drama in the teaching of English as a second language. I designed the overall programme as well as specific training workshops, and I trained and supervised a team of 20 drama specialists to work with the participating schools.

這個為期兩個學年（2008-2010）的大型項目由香港語文教育及研究常委會資助，服務超過五十間小學的英文科教師，協助他們運用戲劇手法教授英語作為第二語言。作為計劃統籌，我負責制訂整個計劃的內容與架構，設計和主持教師工作坊，並培訓二十多名戲劇教育導師去支援參與計劃的學校。

I have performed with various companies in a range of theatre genres including musical, solo performance, physical theatre and interactive Theatre-in-Education. My productions have toured to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, community venues throughout Scotland, Beijing Capital Theatre and theatre venues in Macau. I was nominated “Best Supporting Actress” in the 1996 Hong Kong Drama Awards. My PhD thesis is about the actor-teacher's approach to acting in interactive Theatre-in-Education works.

曾與多個劇團和組織合作，參與不同種類的劇場演出，包括音樂劇、獨腳戲，形體劇場、互動教育劇場等。參與的製作曾於愛丁堡藝穗節公演，並到蘇格蘭多地社區、北京首都劇場和澳門的劇場巡迴演出。1996年獲提名「香港舞台劇獎」最佳女配角獎。博士論文以互動教育劇場中的「演教員」的演出方法為研究題目。
